Senior Fixed Plant & Mobile Maintenance Planner
Essential Requirements:
- Must possess at least Senior Technical High School recognized Industry Trade qualifications, Associate Degree or Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Equivalent
- Minimum 4 years experience as Maintenance Planner, having experience on both Fixed Plant and Mobile Maintenance Planner is preferred
- The candidate should experience in planning of mechanical & high volt electrical in the mining industry, and familiar with Fixed Plant equipment(Vessel/Tank, Pump, Agitator, Genset, Compressor,etc) and Mobile Maintenance Equipment (Excavator, Dozer, Grader, Dump Truck, Drilling Machine, Dewatering Pump, Lighting Plant, Light Vehicle, etc)
- Having strong motivation, able to lead, organize and provide direction to Maintenance Planner, good in reporting, information monitoring & planning/organizing, supportive, communicative, and able to work under pressure are preferred character traits
- Has a good command of English, both written and oral.
- Must be computer literate.
- Have a will to develop knowledge and work skills.
- Able to work in a team to reach the target.
- Be pro-active on the floor shop, advice workshop supervisors about Planning System
- Need to be aware of, to work with and pass on the companies safety and environmental standards.
Job Description:
This is a staff position “Senior Fixed Plant & Mobile Maintenance”, and will require a self starter to fully support, implement and refine ABM planning system & objectives, play a highly role in guiding and coaching Maintenance Planner to ensure position description achieved and refined, ensure site component forecasting is through and completed promptly; lead, organize and provide direction for all Planning team. Actively communicate and support Maintenance Manager & Senior Maintenance Supervisors (Fixed Plant, High Voltage Electrical, and Mobile Maintenance) to ensure all maintenance problems are identified and corrective actions in place; actively contribute to a positive teamwork environment at all times; communicate openly and honestly at all times, with an emphasis on safety and good work practices.
