CUSTOMER SERVICE COORDINATOR
Coordinate and implement programs and activities customer service and quality assurance in the area, to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty to the company. To communicate internally with other departments to solve all raised issues.
Requirements:
* Male, D3 Min and or Bachelor Degree (S1) majoring in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
* Having min 5 years for D3 or 3 years for Degree experience in the same position
* Experience using ERP system
* Having good MS Office skills
* Good in coordinating and leadership
* Good in administration and willing to be travelling
* Good written and communication skills in English, a team player with excellent interpersonal skills
* Age Max 38
PRODUCTION PLANNER
Plan and coordinate the activities of short term and long term production schedule, receiving customers order via DPS and or inquiries. Monitoring schedule attainment, and coordinated with other internal departments such as production, purchasing, quality, etc to ensure smooth planning execution.
Requirements :
* Male, D3 Min and or Bachelor Degree (S1) majoring in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
* Having min 5 years for D3 or 3 years for Degree experience in the same position
* Familiar with MRP concept
* MS Office skills (excel, power point, internet application, etc)
* Good in coordinating and have ability drive people
* Good written and communication skills in English, a team player with excellent interpersonal skills
* Age max 38
LOGISTIC SUPERVISOR
Plan and coordinate the activities of warehousing, shipping, inventory, and purchasing for the request and procurement process can be fulfilled in accordance with the needs, timely, efficient and effective. Export import and Custom compliance activities.
Requirements :
* Male, D3 Min and or Bachelor Degree (S1) majoring in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
* Having min 5 years for D3 or 3 years for Degree experience in the same position
* Hands on managing complex warehousing activities
* MS Office skills (excel, power point, internet application, etc)
* Good in coordinating and leadership
* Good written and communication skills in English, a team player with excellent interpersonal skills
* Age max 38
