Head of Sales (Code: HoS)

* Enhance sales effectiveness by leading and managing sales force, with min 7 years sales experience in related industries. Excellent in communication and leadership skills
* S1 degree in Business / Engineering, MBA degree is and advantage

Quality & HSE Manager (Code: QHSEM)

* Mapping aligning, controlling and improving business processes, also responsible for managing, safety, health and environment in every process
* S1 degree in Engineering, MBA degree is an advantage with min 6 years experiences

Business Development Manager (Code: BDM)

* Grow the existing power business and generate other potential business while keeping their feasibility in mind
* S1 degree in Business/Engineering, with min 6 years in power business

Marketing & Communication Superintendent (Jr Manager) (Code: MC)

* Develop, organize and implement advertising, promotional and public relations campaigns to further promote the company business and achieve agreed targets
* S1 degree in relevant background, with min 5 years exp in marketing / business development

Maintenance Strategy & Planning Superintendent (Code: MSPS)

* Provide strategic direction services to all equipment management functions, from Diesel Engine Generating Machine to miscellaneous equipment
* S1 Mechanical Engineering degree with min 5 years exp in heavy industries

Engineer (Code: Maintenance/Fluid/Application/Fleet/Warranty/ Quality/Supplier Quality/Sales) & Technician (Code: Tech)

* Assist in the overall operation focusing in Engineering aspect, with min 2 years working experience
* Engineer: S1 degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial/Chemistry or related
* Technician: Diploma degree in Mechanical/Electrical and Industrial. Willing to be placed in any part of Indonesia

Executive Trainee (Code: ET)

* Having passion to learn about new concepts in business of power and energy services business as parts of executive educational programs
* S1 degree from any major (engineer preferred), fresh graduate or 1 year exp

EHS Manager (Position Code: EHSM_IM)

Requirements:

* A degree in Engineering (S-1 Engineer Mechanical, Industrial or other Technical background) with at least 7 years experiences in Industrial & Construction of Power Plant, Oil & Gas, or palm oil Mill turn key project.
* Male with age max 40 years old
* Have good knowledge of EHS Management System and its implementation
* Experience in Incident Investigation and Audit Compliance
* Direct a group that requires extensive integration with other functions to meet the commitments and to make decisions with a significant impact on company performance.
* Has ability and experience to develop and deliver EHS training
* Has a Planning & Organizing capabilities, strong in Leadership skill, team worker and possess strong analytical mind
* Good spoken and written communication in English
* Willing to be stationed in one of company’s based office in either Surabaya or Project Area
