MERCHANDISERS
General Requirements:

1. Education backround as Textile Engineer or Industrial Engineer.
2. Textile/garment production experience ,and worked in buying agent or trading company in similar position min 5 years.
3. Require excellent command of English in written and spoken.
4. Business minded
5. Quality conscious

Key Responsibilities;
Quotation Merchandiser:

1. Analyze the developments/quotations, ensure that all is clear
2. Suggest alternatives and work proactively in order to reach best price,quality & lead-time
3. Work together with the team and technicians
4. Send the development/quotation to best suitable suppliers
5. Analyze the price acc. to price method, quality and lead-time
6. Check the fitting/appeal of the garment. Does it look good, H&M product? Send best package to buyer
7. Give feedback to supplier regarding price, sample and possible requests for improvements
8. Follow up deadlines for developments/quotations and samples as per preorder method
9. If an order is confirmed check that all details are correct and correspond to what has been agreed
10. In case all details are clear transfer order + offer sample/style sample to Production Merchandiser for follow up

Production Merchandiser :

1. Take full responsibility from the time the order is received from quotation team until the order has been shipped
2. Analyze the order upon receipt and ensure that all details are correct
3. Follow up the order by using tools, use deadlines as a help to keep track of order status. Make sure that shipment is on time
4. Work actively with the samples together with technician .Make sure you know the customer and concept you are responsible for
5. Work actively with risk assessment on fabric and sample quality tests and communicate with suppliers
6. Be proactive and take more initiatives &solve problems and share them with the rest of the group

Position: Senior Merchandiser

* Education back ground as Textile Engineer or Industrial Engineer. Be a good role model /an H&M leader and work on building the team to a top performing team.
* Textile/garment production experience and worked in buying agent or trading company in similar position
* Minimum 3 years.
* Strong factory sourcing experience.
* Preferably Underwear or Shoe Experience.

Position: Merchandisers

* Education back ground as Textile Engineer or Industrial Engineer.
* Textile/garment production experience and worked in buying agent or trading company in similar position
* Preferably experience in textile sector from similar position external or representative office.
* Minimum 5 years experience as HR.
* Strong Integrity, people skilled, analytical and strategically thinker.

Position: COC/CSR Auditor.

* Graduated from one of the major as; Business administration/accounting Law Environmental studies, Chemicals, Political science.
* Minimum 3 years work experience in one of the world wide known trading company as; Third party auditing, financial auditing, Environmental issues, Human rights issues, Non government organization.
* Personality; Strong integrity ,Well organized.

Position: Quality Controller

* Underwear/ Swimwear production experience, and worked in buying agent or trading company in similar position minimum 3 years.
* Quality conscious, Strong integrity, willing to travel.
* Pedagogic, polite and strong.

All above positions require excellent command of English in written and spoken.
