* Bachelor Degree (S1) in Management / Industrial Engineering with minimum GPA 3.00 (scale 4)
* Fresh graduate / having 0-1 year experience in HRD
* Fluent in English both oral and written
* Maximum 26 years old

* Able to manage identification and risk assessment process
