8. Follow up deadlines for developments/quotations and samples as per preorder method
9. If an order is confirmed check that all details are correct and correspond to what has been agreed
10. In case all details are clear transfer order + offer sample/style sample to Production Merchandiser for follow up

Production Merchandiser :

1. Take full responsibility from the time the order is received from quotation team until the order has been shipped
2. Analyze the order upon receipt and ensure that all details are correct
3. Follow up the order by using tools, use deadlines as a help to keep track of order status. Make sure that shipment is on time
4. Work actively with the samples together with technician .Make sure you know the customer and concept you are responsible for
5. Work actively with risk assessment on fabric and sample quality tests and communicate with suppliers
6. Be proactive and take more initiatives &solve problems and share them with the rest of the group
